Your hosts are Marcio and Tamy, and hospitality runs in their veins. Marcio (or ‘Mark’ to his Kiwi friends) grew up in his mother’s kitchen. At 16 he became a chef, following in her footsteps and a dream was born. In 2006, Marcio and Tamy moved to New Zealand with a dream stirring and 5 years later it became a reality – La Rosa!
